Choosing your piece

How do I choose my ring size?

Check the measurements and sizing information for the exact design. An open ring is not automatically suitable for every size. If you are unsure, email contact.jeweliano@gmail.com with the product name before ordering.

What materials are used?

Composition and finishes depend on the piece. Please ask us if a material detail is missing or if you have a metal sensitivity. A gold-tone finish describes colour; it does not by itself mean solid gold.

Can I shower or swim with my jewellery?

We recommend removing it before contact with water, perfume or cleaning products. Read our jewellery care guide.

Delivery and orders

Where will Jeweliano deliver?

Our launch markets are Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Delivery availability for your address must be confirmed before an order is placed.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated transit is 10–15 business days after dispatch. Order preparation is additional. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; customs or carrier delays can extend the estimate.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping is not currently confirmed. Please check the delivery charges and total before completing your order.

Can I change my address or cancel?

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes depend on the order's processing stage; we cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
